DYU Warranty Information:

DYU are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and the longevity of your electric bike. To guarantee the quality of our products, we provide a comprehensive warranty that covers various parts and components. Please take a moment to review our warranty terms to understand your coverage.

Three Guarantees - Time Limit and Scope.

Electric Bike Body Parts:

Frame: Covered for 36 months against natural open welding, sealing-off, fractures, and related issues.

Front Fork: Covered for 36 months against natural open welding, sealing-off, fractures, and related issues.

Handle: Covered for 12 months against natural open welding, sealing-off, fractures, and related issues.

Standpipe: Covered for 12 months against natural open welding, sealing-off, fractures, and related issues.

Flywheel: Covered for 6 months for performance faults.

Electrical Appliance Parts:

Charger: Covered for 6 months for performance faults.

Controller: Covered for 12 months for performance faults.

Motor: Covered for 12 months for performance faults.

Battery: Covered for 12 months. Battery capacity reduced to less than 60% of the original factory capacity is covered.

Speed Adjustment Handle: Covered for 3 months for speed adjustment failure and display issues.

Brake Handle: Covered for 3 months if there is no power-off function.

Assist: Covered for 3 months if there is no induction function.

Other Parts:

Plastic parts, brake rubber blocks, brake lines, pedals, standard parts, chains, rims, spokes, tubes, tires, and other vulnerable parts not listed are not covered under the warranty.

Excluded from the Warranty Coverage:

The following cases are not covered under warranty:

Exceeding the three-pack validity period.

Damage due to natural disasters or force majeure events such as fire, earthquakes, lightning, etc.

Damage caused by using the product in an unsuitable environmental context.

Damage due to failure to follow the product manual's usage, maintenance, and storage guidelines.

Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly or alterations.

Damage occurring during transport, handling, or while riding due to human factors.

Inability to provide valid proof of purchase and warranty card.

Damage not related to product quality issues.

Commercial use of the product, which is not covered.

Service Fees and Pricing:

Paid Service:

If your issue is not within the scope of warranty coverage but can be serviced, we offer paid services. The final interpretation of the service content is owned by the company.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and related fees when returning products to the factory for repairs.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period begins from the date of delivery from our factory.

Delivery

All of our stock is stored in the UK.

The majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours if purchased before 1pm. Your order will be delivered within three working days, as long as the scooter or e-bike is in stock. You will be sent tracking details for the courier company.

If your order is placed after 1pm on a Friday, the product will be despatched on the following Monday.

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we cannot ship electric scooters or e-bikes to other European countries.

The Electric Scooter Store offer free domestic shipping for orders over £100. This covers the vast majority of electric scooters and e-bikes.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not you can return the item for a full refund within fourteen days of the purchase date.

The electric scooter or e-bike or item will need to be in a ‘as new condition’ which means the product has been unridden, with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.

When returning the purchase please make sure all items are packed in the original box safely and securely.
